Final Suites Remain as Construction Set to Begin for The Saint

Last month, Minto Communities GTA hosted a ground breaking at the recently-cleared site of their new high-rise development coming to Church and Adelaide in Downtown Toronto. While this event marked the ceremonial start of construction for the Wallman Architects-designed 46-storey condo tower known as The Saint, heavy equipment has only just started to arrive on the recently-cleared site.

With shoring and excavation set to begin any day now, Minto is making the push for the final handful of units within the building. Ten suites remain available at The Saint, ranging from a 403 ft² studio unit all the way up to a 1,014 ft² 2.5-bedroom, two-bathroom layout. These remaining units are located across the tower, with most concentrated in podium and lower tower floors. Suites still available would be found on floors marketed as 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 22, 30, and 41. (With the 4s and 13 skipped to cater to the superstitious, anything from the 5th floor up will feel closer to the ground than the number indicates.)

Among the remaining ten suites, half of them are multi-bedroom plans, currently offered at 10% total down along with a $10,000 suite decor credit for a limited time. The largest of these include a 993 ft², three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with south exposures, and a 1,014 ft², 2.5-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with west views overlooking Church Street.

The completed building will bring 419 new homes to the neighbourhood, along with new ground-floor retail space that will further animate the block.
